Honor Brigitte: Support Her Love for Bully Breeds

In Loving Memory of Brigitte – Supporting What She Loved Most

Brigitte was a fiercely compassionate soul with a deep love for animals—especially bully breed dogs. Growing up, they were always part of our home, but for Brigitte, they were more than pets. They were companions who offered her comfort, joy, and, at times, the kind of unconditional love that helped carry her through life’s hardest moments. She often said they saved her. They brought her peace and shaped her into the strong, kind, and passionate person we all knew and loved.

To honor Brigitte in a way that reflects what truly mattered to her, Gabriel and I have created this fundraiser in her name. All proceeds will go to two organizations close to her heart:

Sacramento Bradshaw Animal Shelter, where we adopted our beloved pitty, Phoebe

Fresno Bully Rescue (FBR), a nonprofit dedicated to rescuing and rehoming bully breed dogs, combating breed discrimination, and promoting responsible pet ownership

FBR does more than rescue. They run educational programs for children about animal care and compassion, provide outreach services that include bringing therapy dogs to senior centers and veterans’ programs, and help build understanding for breeds that are too often misunderstood.

We hope this gesture reflects what Brigitte stood for—standing up for those without a voice, and showing compassion to those often judged unfairly. Thank you for helping us carry on her legacy.
