Hello, a lot of people knew my mom, Bobbie Jean McPherson. She passed away on September 5th at 4:52 pm. She was a well-loved wife and mother of 5. My siblings and I are trying to find funding for her cremation and service. Unfortunately, we need to get as much funds as we can before Monday, September 8th. My siblings and I want to make any of my dad's wishes possible and take as much of this burden off of his shoulders. So, we McPherson kids would like to ask all the kind people who can help us and who knew our mother in any way to try to make this possible. For all the kind people who do help, thank you from all of us. Now I will tell her story.
Bobbie McPherson was one of the kindest people you would ever meet. She had two sisters, a loving husband, 5 kids, and 8 grandkids. Even though these people were her family, she saw everyone as her family the moment they met or walked into her house. Bobbie never met a stranger in her life. My family and I would joke that she would talk to a tree if it spoke back, but it was the truth. She loved anyone she met no matter what. She was loved by all of her family, along with friends, and any medical worker who helped to try to get her healthy again.
Throughout the years, she proved how much of a fighter she was. She had many surgeries, raised 5 kids, battled cancer, and won. She lived a long and happy 69 years of life, along with 48 years of marriage with our dad, Ricky McPherson.
For the people who did know her even briefly, they would tell you of the kind and sweet woman she was, and we as her family would just like to honor her memory by giving her the proper celebration of life. This money would be going to her cremation and services, but it will also help get our dad in a better situation. To prepare for any medical bills or just help him with any bills he might need to be paid. We ask for your help because Bobbie taught all of her children to look for the good in people and to be kind to anyone we meet, so we can continue her memory of treating everyone as family even if we just met.
