I am organizing this fundraiser to honor Bob Bombalski, a devoted member, employee, and longtime volunteer of Manatee Gun and Archery Club. Bob gave years of his life to this club and community, serving wherever he was needed with loyalty, skill, and heart. He helped maintain ranges and equipment, supported events and range operations, led maintenance efforts, and was the kind of person who always showed up, whether he was scheduled or not. Even as his health declined, Bob remained connected to the club he cared about so deeply and continued to be present whenever he could. His passing has left a lasting emptiness, and we want to make sure his contributions and character are remembered in a meaningful, permanent way.

To honor Bob’s legacy, we are creating a memorial at the club consisting of a bronze plaque mounted on a three-foot granite stone. Funds raised will go directly toward the materials and installation costs needed to complete this tribute. This memorial is about more than marking a name. It is about preserving the legacy of a man who gave so much of his time, knowledge, and heart to Manatee Gun and Archery Club. It represents the dedication, integrity, service, and high standards that Bob carried with him throughout the years and that helped shape this club for future generations. If you are able, please consider contributing and sharing this fundraiser. Every donation, no matter the amount, will help us create a lasting place of remembrance for Bob and ensure that his impact on this club and its community will never be forgotten.
