With profound sorrow, we share that our beloved Bikash Pramanik (Bikash-da) has left us today. For over 35 years, Bikash-da stood as a pillar of our Dallas community—selflessly helping countless individuals in their times of need. His quiet strength, compassion, and unwavering support touched many lives. He leaves behind his only son, Bipul, who devoted the last several years caring for his aging parents, sacrificing his own career in the process. Now, within a short span of time, Bipul has faced the devastating loss of both Bani-di and Bikash-da, and is left grappling with emotional grief and financial hardship. As a community, we are coming together to help him cover the costs of Bikash-da’s funeral and last rites, and to offer some support as he works to regain stability.
