My name is Alyssa Mecoli, and my dear friend and client has tragically chosen to leave this earth by taking her own life. She was a bright light and loving spirit while she was here. Working together for 4.5 years, our coaching relationship transcended into family, she became like a sister to me. As a young coach early in my career, she believed in me and my light before I could see it. I did the same for her, showing her that she has true inner strength as well as physical strength. Her impact on my life goes far beyond what she can even comprehend. She has a daughter that just started college and I’m raising funds for her directly if she will accept them, and if not these funds will go to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
