Honor Anita's Wish to Rest in the Philippines

With heavy hearts, we share the loss of our beloved Anita Rodriguez. On the early morning of March 31 she was welcomed into God’s heavenly kingdom at the age of 90. 

On March 20, she had open heart surgery due to the 90% blockage of her left main stem artery. Although her surgery went well, her body took a toll during recovery. She initially showed some progress, waking up sooner than expected, talking, and eating. However, complications arose in the early morning of March 31 and her heart rate began to slow down. Medications were given to help stabilize her heart, but were not effective. Healthcare providers began to resuscitate her but were unsuccessful. Anita passed away at 4:50 AM ❤️‍ Our beloved Anita leaves behind her only daughter Annamay and her grandchildren, Lyanna, Lennox and Layton. 

This unexpected loss has left Annamay and her family not only in profound grief but also with an overwhelming amount of financial challenges. As she mourns the death of her mother, she is also navigating the costs of medical bills, funeral expenses, and fulfilling her mom’s final wish, to be laid to rest in her hometown of La Castellana, Philippines.

We humbly ask for your support in helping Annamay honor her mother’s wishes. Your generous donations will not only ease the financial burdens but it will also show Annamay and her family that they are not alone during this incredibly difficult time.
