Honor and Celebrate Camilo Vasquez's Life with Your Support

My name is Yesenia Vasquez. It is with great sadness and a broken heart that I write on behalf of the Vasquez and Romero families about the sudden and unexpected passing of my cousin, Camilo Vasquez. I still can't believe it as I type and read these words. That devastating phone call on the morning of May 6, 2025, has changed our lives forever.

It hasn't been a year since the passing of tio Agustin, and now Camilo has been reunited with his dad and mom in heaven. He was a true living and inspiring example of resilience and perseverance with a renewed positive outlook on life and a bright future ahead. There was so much he was looking forward to and striving for. We're incredibly proud of him and wish he'd had more time to live his best life. I wish we had more time to enjoy him and his presence. To me he was always like a big teddy bear, fun, loving, playful, respectful, loyal. Yet, in this deep feeling of loss, we are profoundly grateful to God for the time given to us with Camilo, to know him, to love him and be loved by him, to witness him choose and embrace life with such passion and purpose. I know he is greatly loved by many and will be forever missed.

We appreciate you all for your outpouring of love, prayers, and support. We humbly ask that you continue to pray for his soul and for your help in raising the funds necessary for a proper burial and services that will honor Camilo's memory. Thank you all so much.
