I’m asking for help during this difficult time. My sister, Amy “DJ” Faircloth, passed away early this morning. She has battled cervical cancer since 2019; she fought it the best way she could, but like many before her, cancer usually wins.

When we were growing up, she always tried her best to take care of me, and this is the last thing I can do to take care of her. I wasn’t able to be there with her in the end, but hopefully, with the help of anyone willing to donate, I can at least carry out her final wishes so she can rest in peace. She wanted to be cremated, and unfortunately, I do not have the money to pay for it right now. In the state of Alabama, I have no longer than 48 hours to make the decision and pay in advance for the cremation. That’s the 25th, our Momma’s birthday, is when she has to be cremated.

I have always had a hard time asking for help, but I’m putting my pride aside. Please, if anyone can help, it would mean the world to me and her. Thank you all in advance.
