Help Honor Amanda Marie Campbell's Memory and Support Her Son Relly
My name is Brittnay Rawlings, and with a very heavy heart, I’m reaching out on behalf of my sister, Amanda Marie Campbell, who passed away suddenly on June 1, 2025, at just 39 years old. Amanda was a devoted mom, a loving daughter, granddaughter, niece and sister, and a fiercely loyal friend. Her passing has left our entire family in shock—and it has left her beloved 13-year-old son, Darrell “Relly” Burton Jr., without both of his parents.
Amanda had recently undergone a medical procedure in hopes of improving her health and being even stronger for Relly when she passed, potentially, from a surgical complication.
Amanda didn’t have life insurance or savings, and our family is now faced with unexpected and urgent expenses. I’ve stepped in to become Relly’s guardian, just as Amanda wanted. We’re working through the legal process while also trying to help him navigate this heartbreaking transition. It’s a lot—but we’re holding on to each other and trying to honor Amanda the way she deserves.
We are humbly asking for help with the following:
- Cremation and celebration of Amanda’s life
- Cleaning and closing up her home
- Moving Relly and his belongings into our care
- Covering Relly’s immediate needs (clothing, bedding, school transition, therapy)
- Our goal is to raise $5,000 to get through the hardest part of this moment. Every dollar helps—truly. Whether you donate or simply share this campaign, please know that we are grateful beyond words.
Amanda was the kind of person who made you laugh when you wanted to cry. She loved her son fiercely and lived every day for him. Now it’s our turn to make sure Relly feels that same love and stability, even without his parents by his side.
Thank you for standing with us,
Brittnay Rawlings and Family
Note: My mother-in-law, Barbara Branham, created this GoFundMe for us so I could focus on caring for Relly during this incredibly difficult time. Every dollar donated will go into a dedicated account used only for Amanda’s final expenses and for Relly’s ongoing needs, including his care, relocation, and stability during this life-changing time.
