On the evening of Saturday, October 25, 2025, we encountered the unexpected loss of Alex Brent Thiel. As a son, brother to three, father of four, and so much more to so many others, Alex will be missed more than he could have ever imagined.

Born in St Charles, IL on June 28, 1978, Alex moved to Phoenix, Arizona immediately following high school graduation. This is where life began for Alex, spending the next 30 years in the place that brought him so much joy. It was here that he found the true love and passion for life, his children: Mikayla, 25; Nathan, 18; Milana, 17; and Noah, 15.

While our family will be taking care of all funeral expenses, the real focus is ensuring a bright and stable future for his four children. The loss of their father at such young ages will certainly have a devastating and lasting impact on their lives. Our hope is to honor Alex’s legacy by establishing financial means to assist with continued education and overcoming basic life obstacles they will now face without their father. Together, Alex’s children will know how much they were loved, and how much they will continue to be loved.
