My name is Debra Gruber and on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, I had to say goodbye to my best friend in this world. He saved me 37 years ago and is the reason I was able to change my life for the better. We were opposites, but as they say, opposites attract! He was a great man, a great husband, a loving father, and there wasn't anything he wouldn't do for his grandkids!

Today, I had to go finalize his cremation and found out that I had to pay first or his body would sit until I could come up with the money. So, I did what anyone that loved their spouse as much as I did: I took all my savings and then some to make sure he was taken care of in the proper timely fashion. Due to his health issues, we could never get life insurance, so now I'm here trying to survive and recover from such a tragic event.

I know I have had a lot of people ask what they could do to help, so I am setting this up for anyone that would like to donate in his name to help honor a great man!
