Hi, I am a mom of 3, and a few days before school started, my mother passed away. My daughter attends private school, and we had $12k for her tuition ready for when the school year started. However, with her passing, we had to use that money for funeral arrangements. Her last wishes were for her granddaughter to graduate from her current school, and due to the circumstances, I can no longer afford the tuition for this year, forcing her to leave school. Furthermore, my daughter has had numerous health complications this past year causing her an excessive amount of stress. She is a junior in high school and has made it this far; she is an excellent student with excellent grades. After her grandmother passed, she has hit bumpier roads with depression and just dealing with everything as a whole. School is what has kept her going, and she says she wants to do it for her grandmother. Please help me keep this girl in her school. Imagine the first big loss in the family as a teen during the most important year of high school and having to bury her the day before school started and on top of it all having to switch school mid-year… it’s terrible. I have tried everything to keep her in school. We are grateful for anything and everything. God bless and many blessings to all.
