HONEY WOMEN’S 3x3 BARCELONA – the first women’s 3x3 and urban culture 2-day event in Barcelona.
We’re raising funds to make the first edition (July 15–16, 2026) a reality.
HONEY was born with a clear mission: to give visibility, space, and prominence to women’s basketball and the creative talent of women in urban culture.
HONEY is more than a tournament.
It’s a Celebration of Female Talent in sports and its community.
What is HONEY?
HONEY is a two-day event bringing together:
- Women’s 3x3 tournament (4 categories: Pro, Senior, Junior, Cadet & Youth)
- Contests (Three-Point, Skills, Trick Shots)
- Live music and DJs
- Urban art, murals, and workshops
- Market featuring female creators and entrepreneurs
- Interviews with players and role models
- Food and activations
Why is this cause important?
Because women’s basketball & sport needs more dedicated platforms.
Because younger generations need relatable role models.
Because urban culture is also female.
Because when a woman is given space, she transforms it.
HONEY aims to become a real platform for players, artists, and entrepreneurs, a showcase for talent, a meeting point that grows year after year.
Why we ask for your support
Your support will help us create a platform where women’s talent is celebrated, seen, and valued. The sports industry still does not equally cover or invest in women, making it very difficult for female athletes and creators to access professional opportunities, visibility, and resources.
Your support will help cover:
- Sports infrastructure (courts, 3x3 equipment, sound, lighting)
- Technical production (stage, DJs, artists, audiovisuals)
- Content creation and digital coverage
- Event communication and promotion
Our goal is to ensure players compete in professional conditions and that the event achieves the media impact women’s sports deserve.

Who are we?
We are Candela Gómez and Anna d’Altan, former professional players and creators with years of experience in basketball and the cultural scene. Having lived the sport firsthand, we felt the need to create the space that’s often missing: one where women are the center, not the exception.
