Sarah Otis has touched lives worldwide. She is the life of the party, an educator, a humanitarian, and a wonderful, selfless, incredible woman who loves her family, her friends, and her island home of St. Croix. 

Sadly, Sarah is painfully struggling every day to live. For the past five months, Sarah has been battling cancer at the Orlando Cancer Institute, and her recovery from chemoradiation has been very difficult. Recently, the doctors discussed hospice care as a next step, and Sarah expressed her wanting nothing more than to leave Orlando and go back to her home in St. Croix.

Sarah's health condition has left her very fragile, requiring many resources to fly and get her safely settled. Due to Sarah’s inability to walk and eat on her own, she will require a care team and special medical equipment to assist her during ground and medical air transportation.
