Three Marietta City Schools families face homelessness after an apartment fire destroyed their units the evening of Friday, April 28.
The families, which include 5 MCS students, are still in search of permanent housing in the city, but with this tight market there are just not a lot of options. I know our Marietta community thrives in the face of adversity so, to offset the added cost of living for these devastated families who have lost everything, I am asking for your help.
The money raised will be deposited in a fund to help cover the costs of their gas, rent, deposits, etc., as they seek a new place to live.
You can make a difference!
Thank you,
Beth Gilland
