Homeless with agoraphobia

Hello, my name is Brad Quackenbush and I suffer from agoraphobia and social anxiety disorder. Up until a year ago they affected me but I was still able to function. Now I'm unable to do even the most menial tasks such as grocery shopping, going to the ATM, and anything that involves human interaction.

Even though I have suffered anxiety and panic attacks since I was a teenager I was still able to function. In 1998 I started the nuclear medicine technologist program, graduated and worked in that field up until 2012. In 2004 I purchased my own home.

In 2010 I suffered a near-death experience stemming from DVT and PE. (Blood clots in the legs in the lungs respectively). This condition also took my mother at age 58 and my sister at age 35. After this my stress levels and anxiety took a dramatic turn for the worse.

In 2012 I left the nuclear medicine field for my hands would shake so bad I would not be able to inject patients. And more often than not that would lead to a full-blown panic attack. Since I left this job I went back to school for Network management, which didn't pan out, I tried my hand as a plumber Apprentice, worked in a lab, and my last job was as a FedEx Courier.

Over the past two years as a courier I started having more and more panic attacks when I had to interact with a customer to have them sign the Power Pad. My last day of work was Halloween 2017, I had a panic attack so bad I almost fainted and fell down a flight of stairs. They put me on a leave of absence which ran out January 2018 and then was terminated.

As far as medications go for these disorders, I am limited to only one,( because of the blood thinners I am on) which I have been on for over a year-and-a-half with no beneficial results.

As of May 7th I will be homeless and forced to live outoof doors with my dog. My therapist thinks I will get disability but that could take 2 to 6 years, which brings me to why I am here today.

I am trying to raise money for an RV camper in which a friend of mine said I could park on her families land. The ones I have found are between $6000 and $11,000. I am planning on raising chickens and starting a mini Farm for food. I am planning on having an estate sale and selling off my truck but I still will fall far short of my goal.

I thank you for your time and your consideration, and please share!
