After being a victim of an apartment for rent scam about a year ago, my 78 year old mom and I have been homeless and living with a family friend. We have been overstaying our welcome paying for storage and having my work days cut it's been really hard. I'm trying to start a fund to help with down payment on a new place and first months rent.
