Homeless after Emergency Liver Transplant

I had an emergency liver transplant after going into a coma last summer due to undiagnosed autoimmune hepatitis. I was given a liver with a differing blood type due to time, and have spent the last year going through 15 episodes of rejection, multiple surgeries & countless treatments / hospital stays.
I lost my apartment due to my first multiple month long hospital stay, and have been discriminated against by every landlord / real estate agent while trying to use my voucher to get an apartment for my son and I.
I’ve had no other option but to stay in a shelter where they have my son and I in a motel room, and have faced discrimination and had my rights withheld from me due to my disability. I’m not able to currently work, and I’m trying to get access to a shelter with a kitchen due to my restrictions because of my immunocompromised position.
I’m in need of funds for food and necessities for my son and I, and any/all donations are welcome as well such as clothes, coats, socks/underwear, home items linens etc.
If anyone can help me or knows of anyone they can put me in contact with, I’ve contacted the Ombudsman, DHS, and many other places i’ve found online. If you want to donate any items please reach out to me directly. I really appreciate any and all help or suggestions, thank you!
