Homegoing Services for Nicolas Horton
Donation protected
Nicolas Horton, Nick, Nicky, Nico, bestie, son, brother, student, co-worker, whatever you called him, now we all simply call him gone.
Nick lived a life. A life that he lived to the fullest. One of love, hope, anger, sadness and exploration. A life that was cut short all too soon. As we all try to navigate this difficult time we, the family, are asking for any financial support to help lift that burden.
While the plans are to have his remains, and services back in Waterloo, IA, We understand that Nick had a slew of friends and loved ones in Atlanta, and we want to respect the fact that they are grieving as well. Please be on the lookout for a memorial that will take place there for his friends to have a chance to say final goodbyes and begin the process of having some type of closure.
As we all know planning the funeral services for a loved one is never easy, and ours is even more complicated by the fact that his. death was sudden and being investigated in a completely different state which means we have to cover costs of his closest kin traveling to Atlanta to claim the remains, and ship them back to Iowa on top of the normal costs associated with a typical burial.
On behalf of the family, I want sincerely thank everyone in advance.
