The Nash and Ford families are deeply saddened to announce the passing of their daughter, Jayana Mariah Nash. Jayana was admitted into Sutter hospital on February 13th. She literally fought for her life for over two weeks. On Sunday March 3rd, God called our beloved Jayana home at the young age of 18. She was undoubtedly one of the smartest, funniest, creative, talented and free-spirited person anyone has ever known. Jayana was a caring and loving daughter, granddaughter, sister, cousin, Godmother and friend. She graduated from High School last June and was recently hired as a hostess at Applebees. She was looking forward to getting her esthetician license to support herself while she went to Nursing school. Jayana’s presence will be deeply and tremendously missed. Though she’s gone from this life, she will never ever be forgotten and her spirit will live on through all of us. The family is grateful for any donations to help with her Homegoing service. The service will be invitation only. If you would like to attend please contact the organizer, Kalisha Jackson. Her death although tragic, will certainly not be in vain. Rest peacefully in heaven Jay boogie. You will always and forever be our guardian angel in heaven!
