Memorial and Funeral for Brooklyn Rose Buzek
Donazione protetta
In the early morning hours of March 15, 2021, Brooklyn Rose Buzek passed away after her short time here on this earth. At just 7 months old, Brooklyn had already taught us all so much about strength, perseverance and over coming obstacles. With the odds stacked against her since birth we have watched in awe as the miracle baby continued to fight the good fight. Born at 24 weeks gestation and weighing only 1lb 10oz at birth, Brooklyn has been a living miracle. During her short life she withstood more than any human should have to, but her fighter spirit which was earned honestly from the parents who have been by her side each and every step of the way, rose to each challenge she faced. In a sudden and unexpected turn of events and with so much life still ahead of her, Brooklyn took her last breaths on the morning of March 15, 2021 leaving her parents devastated from their loss.
Brooklyn's parents left their jobs and devoted their lives full time to being present to care for their premature baby. Please support them as they now have to prepare to say goodbye to their daughter that they had fought so hard for. Let's help them to give Brooklyn the memorial and funeral that is worthy of her special and significant life.
Brooklyn, we know you are now free of all of the things that ailed you here. We love you and we will miss you but we will never forget you. Fly free sweet angel, go be the warrior princess you were born to be.
03/21/21 - Edited to add: I have been honored to serve as personal representative for my close friends Amber and Dennis during this most difficult time for them. On behalf of them, thank you to everyone who has donated to Brooklyn's fundraiser. Amber and Dennis have been overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and support from their family, friends and community. I am pleased to report that I have been given authorization from Amber and Dennis to move forward with payment for Brooklyn's funeral and committal services this week using the donations that you have generously given.
When I received permission to organize this fundraiser for Amber and Dennis after Brooklyn's passing, I had no idea what goal amount to use. Our first priority was to honor sweet Brooklyn's life in the most memorable and stress free way for Amber and Dennis. As days have gone by since Brooklyn's death, I have realized that while no amount of money will take away the pain that Amber and Dennis have, we can continue to help them by giving them the opportunity to grieve and heal together without the worry of their day to day expenses. With that said, I have set a new goal in hopes of allowing them the much needed time they need to mourn and grieve the loss of the beautiful little girl that they loved so much.
