Homegoing Celebration of Karla Bush:Hammond

As much as it saddens my heart to even have to be doing this, our sweet, kind, loving Sister Karla has gone back home to be with the Lord as well as reunite with our mother, father and brother. Although we don’t understand this sudden unexpected loss, we have no choice but to trust God and His plans.

Karla never met a stranger. Her bubbly personality made her a people’s person and considered everyone she greeted or talked to a friend. Her journey was cut short at the age of 44, she must have accomplished the mission set before her, nonetheless, we were not prepared or equipped to take this on mentally or financially.

Many of you have reached out to us and have asked how you can help us during this time. We really want to honor Karla’s wishes and plan the celebration of life respectfully. Our family ask that any seed donated would be donated with love and a prayer, as this has devastated not only myself but her children, husband, family and friends. Know that your support means everything to us as we navigate this painful time, nothing has prepared us for this immense feeling of loss and sorrow.
