Hey, My name is Ciara and I’m making this on behalf of my best friend who son just passed away. DJ (David) has suffered from congenital heart failure since the time he was born, because of this she was unable to provide a life insurance policy for him as she was the rest of her boys. After being on the donor list for list for 2 years, DJ finally received a heart. Sunday August 31st he finally had his surgery however, his body just didn’t respond to the new heart as we would have hoped and DJ passed away September 3rd. A beautiful homegoing service is so deserving for a person with such a beautiful soul. So if you can help make this happen that would be a blessing.
