On March 23, 2019 Jacob Omar at 18 months old transitioned to be with the Lord. Jacob affectionately called Jakey Jake was a vibrant baby boy who lived a life way beyond his years. He loved to climb he was always on top of something, he was fearless and bold. He had a smile that lit up the entire room and impacted many lives. He was a special gift that God entrusted in our care but was called home too early for us, but his purpose on Earth was fulfilled.
