Hello everyone, my name is Lauren Olsen. I am the mother of two beautiful children, Max & Mckynzie Olsen. This last year, my life started shifting, my body, just didn’t feel right. I reached out to my physician, following with an appointment in mid November. On November 21, I found out I have cancer cells on my cervix and uterus. We performed an in office procedure, causing a 70%, temporary fix. In the last few months, my symptoms began to get much worse, I knew something wasn’t right. A few weeks ago, another biopsy and sonogram was performed. We discovered a rapid spread to my Ovaries. Where I was told I needed to have a Hysterectomy before it spread any further. Today, I had my surgery performed. The fear of the surgery sat with me for days, but I knew I was in good hands. I am reaching out to you today, because, I am a one income household. I have been very blessed to have loved ones by my side. However, I will be out of work with very serious restrictions. I am asking if you are able, to please help me maintain my home and financial obligations while I am out.
