On June 14, 2018, God received another Angel. Karen Butts, my mother was in the hospital fighting for almost a month. When she first went in, the doctors didn’t think she’d make it through the night. God answered our prayers and she proved them wrong and got better. Even with all her organs failing, the doctors said that she had a real strong heart. This wasn’t surprising as she is the most strongest person that I know. However, in one day things changed and me and my sister decided that is time to let her go peacefully. She fought a good fight and at the end, we were right there by her side.
My Mother did so much for me and my siblings, that she deserves to have a proper home going service. At this time, anything will help as we prepare for her day. We are also trying to get my brother and oldest sister down to come to the service as well due to them currently being incarcerated. Both have to bare the reality of losing our mother and not being able to be by her side. It would be a blessing if they can see her one last time.
Please continue to pray for our family during this hard time. We would also like to thank everyone that has reached out to us and has been praying for the family.
