The family of Tyrone Wade is raising funds for his home going
In 2018, Tyrone Wade had to undergo open heart surgery to replace a clog valve. He never fully recovered from that surgery but managed to live with it. Tyrone enjoyed life. He especially loved to fish with his sons, Secoya and T Hodge. He also, before his surgery, carved out a living as a Shade Tree Mechanic, “Call Tyrone” was his slogan. Tyrone also loved children. He raised his granddaughter until he became ill. See, Tyrone was also diagnosed with lung cancer less than a year ago. He completed his radiation treatment but the chemo was too much for his body to handle. He was told his cancer was TERMINAL. The unknown fear of when he would meet his demise was overwhelming. Living alone and on oxygen 24/7 would overwhelm anyone. Then, Tyrone decided that with his remaining days, he wanted to help people. Tyrone started to organize his belonging to decide who would benefit from them. He blessed our sister with a Minivan to assist her with her dialysis appointments. I visited him one day and he had all his clothes neatly organized and labeled on his bed to donate. As his younger brother, this sadden me but I also admired his strength as he literally faced death. I attended Tyrone’s next Cancer appointment, where we planned to ask the Big Question, How long do we have? It was very emotional. I could see Tyrone was terrified and so was I. The doctor assured us that it wasn’t time to give away the farm, just yet. We walked out of there relieved, feeling a little better than when we walked in. The unknown wasn’t as close as we thought. His next appointment was scheduled in three weeks but unfortunately Tyrone did not make it. On December 18th 2020, Tyrone suffered a heart attack and died. Just as he prepared to give, the Family is asking for your help. Please support the Home Going for Brother Tyrone’s Homegoing fund. You can also cash app, $TROYWADE55
