Karine and her family have endured much suffering the last few years. She is among the 150,000 forcibly displaced Armenian refugees from Artsakh. She lost her home in 2020, then again in 2023. She lost her son when azerbaijan attacked in 2023. Her husband is also missing after the gas station explosion. She is left with her parents and two children. She is staying with her sister and three children who also lost their father in the war.
