Home Devastated by Cyclone Bomb

Hi my name is Amberlee Galvin. My family and I have lived in Felton Grove for 11 years and were recently severely impacted by the cyclone bomb. The flood was so extreme we had to be rescued by canoe- 3 adults and 2 cats. We are displaced by the flooding as we cannot live in a hazardous house, the river washed up septic water, gasoline, and lots of other nasty stuff into our home and surrounding it. Our downstairs living area was flooded to the ceiling and the upstairs flooded as well. We have lost an entire bedroom filled with personal belongings, mattresses, furniture, and our washer/dryer. We also lost our second bathroom... We need help to remove the biohazardous material that has washed into our house and made it uninhabitable. Large items aren't covered by insurance, neither would our driveway or any of the bottom floor that was the most impacted. Our driveway has also washed away completely so we cannot even pull a car up to retrieve our belongings or move bio-waste and water-logged mattresses, furniture, and other trash that washed up. We are so grateful to everyone for sharing this post, truly anything helps.
