Home Care for Submarine Veteran, Mark Taylor
Donation protected
Last July, submarine veteran Mark Taylor, was rushed to the hospital after a fall that resulted in a Traumatic Brain Injury. He was immediately taken back for emergency surgery to reduce swelling and stop brain bleeds. Mark's story could've easily ended there but through an incredible team of medical professionals, Mark's determination and so many prayers, he will finally be coming home this Monday.
Upon coming home, Mark will need round-the-clock care. His sole caregivers are his daughter, Autumn and his fiancé, Myna, who both work full-time and with Autumn also caring for Mark's first grandchild, Ellis.
Mark has been approved for 15 hours a week paid home healthcare through the VA. That will leave roughly 25 hours a week of care that Mark's loved ones will have to provide. With the families' permission, I have created this campaign to ensure they can focus on rehabilitating Mark from home, without worrying about the financial burden.
Please continue to pray for Mark and his loved ones through this transition.
