Home & Car Lost in Devastating Fire
Donation protected
In the early morning hours of 11/26/16, just two days after Thanksgiving, my cousin's house caught fire. Though everyone escaped without injury, the fire caused irreparable damage to her home and her car which was parked in the driveway. To make a horrible situation even worse, her brother lived there with his girlfriend and their two young daughters, and a family friend and her boyfriend also rented a room. Little to nothing can be salvaged from what remains so that means five adults and two young girls have lost everything, and just before Christmas.
These are hard-working people. My cousin has earned every bit of what she had and to see it all gone so quickly is heart wrenching. While they still have each other, for which we are eternally thankful, they will need to start over from nothing.
All donations will go toward rebuilding their lives. A home, transportation, clothes, shoes, furniture, kitchen supples, toys for the kids...if you stop to look around y ou right now, everything you see in your home, it's all been wiped out of their lives and they'll need to replace it somehow. Every single dollar is necessary and appreciated from the bottom of our hearts. If you can't spare anything then simply sharing this may do more than you think.
Sincerely,
Nicole
