HOLY TREE MUSIC - TOUCHING THE BEYOND

We are so excited to take this next step in our musical journey together with you! Thank you for considering to support us in a way that aligns with your desire and capacity to contribute to this fundraiser.

Since 2017 Holy Tree has gathered a rich and unique variety of musicians and instruments from around the world to accompany the core constellation consisting of Filip Fišer & Malin Wik.

We love the precious relating directly with people who show up for our live performances; our mission is to support deep musical experiences, that may keep reverberating in people long after the final note has turned into the silence that follows a good playing. Often people come up to us afterwards, asking where they can find our music, expressing a wish to be able to remind themselves of that experience. So now, finally, and with your support; we are intending to allow the magic of Holy Tree to be available to you wherever you are, by recording a few songs to share publically! The funds gathered here will go straight to the people who contribute to the process of creating the recorded material that we long to share with you; musicians, sound technichians and other people that are inspirations to us and our music!

We intend to keep you updated on our progress all the way, your donation, however small, is what will make this possible to manifest.

The music of Holy Tree arises from a deep wish and longing to touch something that will always remain beyond. The musicians reach with flute and voice and heart for the un-nameable mystery, beauty and grief of this human experience. Their intention is clear and it is reflected in the purity of the intuitive music which arises from the meeting with the moment and the shared witnessing of the audience. Holy Tree listen as well as their instruments speak and the patient acknowledgement of silence offers a unique texture and depth to the music. The music is there to open doorways, it will not lead you through as that step is yours alone to take but it may bring you to the threshold and invite you in. This music is guide and pathway and you are invited to follow into a new landscape which unfolds note by note and song by song.
