It has been said that at anytime in life, we are all simply one unexpected phone call away from a diagnosis that could leave our lives forever changed...

A few weeks ago, one of my closest friends, who I've known for nearly 20 years shared the news that her dear husband, Lewis has been diagnosed with stage 2 prostate cancer. 

Needless to say a diagnosis like this is devastating to a family not only emotionally, mentally and physically, but also financially.  In Jamie's daily updates to her friends, we have learned that the medical costs associated with the diagnosis, treatments and recovery are rising every single day.  Together they have been doing everything they can to handle this on their own, but sometimes...help is needed.

So this is where your help comes in. I wanted start this GoFundMe page in hopes that Lewis can receive the love and support needed during this challenging time.  Your contributions will go directly towards providing the necessary resources needed to beat this, and to one day get back to living a normal life with his beautiful family.
