Hello everyone,

My name is Caitlin. I’m saddened to write this message, but last week, my fiancé’s family experienced something no one ever expects—their home was lost in a fire. In a matter of hours, the place filled with memories, family history, and everyday comforts was gone.

What makes this especially hard is that this wasn’t just a house. It was a family home—where holidays were spent, milestones were celebrated, and generations gathered. While we’re incredibly grateful that every two legged family member is safe; two family dogs and a litter of puppies sadly passed away in the fire, even though my future mother in law tried to save them (she had to jump out of a window to get herself to safety). The emotional and financial impact has been overwhelming.

I’m starting this fundraiser to help them begin rebuilding their lives. The funds raised will go toward immediate necessities, replacing essentials, and helping them take the first steps toward recovery during an incredibly difficult time.
