Hollywood's Medical & Rehab Needs

Evan Johnson suffered a permanent, life-altering spinal cord injury on Sunday March 5, 2017.  He has made huge strides so far during his hospitalization, and will need months of continued rehab and therapies to learn how to care for himself and find his 'new normal' life. We all know how loving and giving Evan has been to his friends and family whenever they needed something.  It is now our turn to give back when he truly needs it the most.  His immediate need is for acceptance and transportation to a top-notch spinal cord injury inpatient rehabilitation center. We have several options on the table, but our #1 choice is Madonna Rehab Hospital in Lincoln, NE. They are a nationally-reknowned center, and close to family who can help provide the required support during his stay. We have estimated potential INITIAL out of pocket costs to get him here at $37,000, which would include air-ambulance transportation and upfront costs to the rehab facility.  Evan will have many many costs beyond this, so please know that any money raised will be appropriately spent on future costs for ADA accessible living space, a kick-ass Evan-approved wheelchair, modification for hand controls to drive a car, and anything else that will make his life fulfilling and bring him joy and hope for his future.  We appreciate your outpouring of love and support thus far.
