Holly's Tamales

Hi, I'm Holly Tamale, the tamale girl. I sold tamales in Nola for over a decade until a better life for my children presented itself in Lafayette. Since moving to Lafayette, my tamale cart has been stolen twice and vandalized. The financial burden of being a single mom with two kids has left me with little energy to rebuild. That's where you come in. Ideally, I would like to replace my cart with a small food truck or a new tamale cart and rent a tiny commercial kitchen. Any help to make this dream come true would be greatly appreciated.
