My sister Holly Bishop, was called to heaven on Saturday July 11, 2020 at the age of 36. Unfortunately, she did not have life insurance to help cover her final expenses. I am covering as much as I can out of pocket, but I'm asking for some help as our parents are retired and I just cant shoulder this financial burden on them.
My sister was heavily involved in the VFW, as well as the Eastern Star and had the privilege to be able to serve those in her community through those volunteer organizations. She was always someone to help another out if they needed it, often putting her own struggles aside to bring joy into others lives. Seeing others smile, made her smile. I was blessed to have her as a sister, but also as a friend.
We have been touched by the outpouring of love and generosity following her passing. She meant the world to me, but I didn't realize she meant the world to so many others as well. My heart is full, as hers was too.
I know finances are tight for a lot of us, but if you have a little extra you can spare to help us give Holly the celebration she deserves. Anything you can spare is a blessing, as well as a tribute to how much she meant to you. The set goal amount will help cover the rest of the funeral expenses for us. We sincerely appreciate any help whether it's financial or prayer.
God bless
