Hollow Front Legal Battle

Back in March of 2022, the band endured one of the most traumatic events any band could endure; having a bus accident the first week of, "The Dark Path" Tour. Our brother & friend, Davion, ended up receiving the worst of it by having gone through the side door window and needing full reconstructive surgery to repair the injuries from that accident. Little did we know, the obstacles were only beginning.

We came home to find out that we would have to go to court and defend our case against our own insurance company for the accident. This has put an emotional and financial strain on the group, and if the case is lost, we will have to liquidate our assets to meet the reimbursement amount the insurance company is asking for. This means, unfortunately, that we will have to sell our van, trailer, and gear.

We wish to fight; on behalf of ourselves and on behalf of Davion, we don't want to give up. We ask that you help us with the funds to help afford legal fees for the ongoing case, and keep our lawyer for the full duration. Any help goes a long way to assist the band's continuation.
