Holistic Sanctuary for Mental Health

Hi my name is Toby. Our daughter Grace was an amazing student and athlete until entering 6th grade and at the age of 11 she was diagnosed with Anorexia. She was in PICU for a month and put on an feeding tube before leaving her home in Moseley VA and transported to Veritas Collaborative in Durham NC. After 18 months in and out of treatment and many depression, anxiety meds she started using marijuana around 13. We have seen many psychiatrist, therapists, family coaches over the years and the only answer has been prescribing pharmaceutical drugs. Grace was diagnosed with OCD. ADHD, depression, anxiety and PTSD.. She was put on Prozac at 13, followed by every depression med offered. She has been on Paxil, anti-depressants, mood stabilizers - all proven not to work. Sadly, this has led Grace to using other drugs.

Grace started with Xanax last year and moved on to using Percocet/fentanyl and is addicted to off the street drugs. In the last year she has been in detox 4 times, 3 recovery centers, php program, put on and gotten off Suboxone, a dozen ER visits for panic attacks and 2 suicide attempts. Grace truly believes this is the one hope for herself to get better. Sadly, we do not have the funds for this level of treatment. One of the hardest things to do is ask for help.

we are asking for help. Grace feels hopeless and believes there is no chance in getting better with the traditional methods we have tried. Holistic treatment provides a new approach on healing the mind , body and soul. Anything is worth trying to not only save her life but give her life back.
