Meet Karan (or KJ as he is called). KJ is the youngest of three sons born to a single mother. KJ is currently a bundle of unharnessed potential. He has been diagnosed with ADHD ( a disorder that causes him to lose focus and inhibits his ability to control impulses). Due to this disorder, KJ is increasingly falling behind in school. Thankfully, a specialized source has been identified to help KJ to master the harnessing of his potential!
That source is Brain Balance and they will help KJ by strengthening his neurological function and pathways through a holistic, integrated therapy that aligns the brain and body through a combination of cognitive, physical and sensory training and nutritional guidance. The cover picture shows one of the exercises that works on eye motor control and visual sensory to strengthen reading skills.
At the end of KJ’s care through Brain Balance, he will be able to better regulate his impulsivity and emotions, improve his ability to focus, and maximize his executive functioning for academic success.
Brain Balance has helped nearly 60,000 students over the past 18 years with proven success. The purpose of the Brain Balance Program is to engage the brain and body in such a way that it improves the way the brain functions, leading to improvements in how we feel and function in our daily lives. Every phase of the Brain Balance Program, from their exercises to the nutrition program, is purposefully designed to engage all regions of the brain and body so they can help students address the root cause of their challenges and move toward meaningful change that improves their experience of life.
A Harvard study found that kids who participated in the Brain Balance Program saw a significant reduction in ADHD index scores, discernible changes in hyperactivity, enhanced cognitive attention, and reductions in oppositional behavior. In a study by Cambridge Brain Sciences, results showed that children who completed three months of the Brain Balance Program displayed significant improvements in cognition (particularly in areas of memory), reasoning, verbal ability, and concentration.
