I've made a few updates since my Journey began... a pilgrimage to the Mountain of Enlightenment, shall we say.

The Yoga Teacher Training was beyond my imagination or highest hopes. It was pure bliss.

I'm working on documenting everything I've learned and experienced into online, accessible formats including teaching online, when all this coalesces into expression to benefit others.

I am a lifelong student of yoga, holistic health, integrative medicine, and all things mystical & spiritual seeking. Those who know me, know that I have traveled the world - seeking.

I have spent countless hours, if not lifetimes, in deep contemplation of healing modalities... as the old adage goes,"healer, heal thyself."

I have recently overcome a significant health challenge - but persevering and consistent effort in daily practice of yoga has yielded profound results in recovery.

I am ready to return to deeper practice.

I have, throughout all this time, remained a holistic health counselor, yogini, meditator, and spiritually contemplative person - interested in diet and how even the simplest thing - like daily walks - can be a catalyst to vibrancy and vitality.

I am now in a unique position to undertake a profound journey to deepen my practice of yoga into my life and offer it to YOU... as we both seek TOGETHER.

My funds are limited but I have some set aside and invite you to support my pilgrimage.
