Holistic cancer treatments for a better life

My name is Charmeley, Im from Alexandria, Virginia, and I was diagnosed with lung & cerebral cancer one year ago. I have beaten the odds on the prognosis time given, however, the cancer has now further spread into my brain. Before my diagnosis, I served in the United States Army for 22 years; before retiring, I was part of a task force to help shed light on and prevent sexual assault by and to military personnel. As an advocate for sexual violence victims, I swore to help those in need, I dedicated my life to it. After retiring, I devoted my time to teaching families at the Islamic school, Bright Horizons Academy. My mission in life is to help others in need, and now I am finding myself on the other side of the spectrum, needing some help for a chance to survive this colossal battle with cancer. The radiation treatments offered were not successful, and now chemotherapy is being offered, but the effects of it will only deter my current state. My family and I have opted to seek holistic options, with the Utopia Cancer Center in Tampa, Florida, of which some promising treatments are available, however, I cannot cover the full cost. Holistic medicines and treatments are not covered by health insurance, which makes my fight even more challenging, simply to have a better quality of life.
