World Tourism has been devastated by COVID and since March of 2020, Ciclismo Classico has been prevented from running our cycling tours in Italy and Europe and even though tourism is returning to normal, it is a long way in returning to 2019 levels which means all of our tours guides are not only missing our guests but a big portion of their livelihood is gone until bicycle tours return with a full season of work .
We have had so many of our guests continue to ask: How are the guides? How can we help? So we decided to launch our second fundraiser to help get them through the winter and early spring until we can run our European bike tours.
We are asking for donations to help provide our Ciclismo Classico guides, your cycling friends from afar, with some support. You can donate any amount you wish. And for any contribution, we will send you their latest creation:
During the summer of 2020 our guides created a cookbook: Mangia: From Italy with Amore. Like good bike elves they are almost done with their second beautiful book Pedal Passion: Ciclismo Guides Favorite Rides where they share their stories and favorite rides.
We know you will enjoy and be inspired by this collection of our guide's favorite bike ride. It includes stories and photos from all over Italy and beyond.
These guides have made it their life's work and passion to bring guests transformational cycling experiences and have gone above and beyond to share their passion for bicycling, travel and their homelands with our guests.
Please consider making a donation today to help support them. 100% of the donated funds will be divided between all of our guides who have participated in this book.
