This fundraiser is for a 47-year-old single mom who is raising three wonderful children on her own. Her two sons, ages 14 and 12, are both autistic, and her daughter is just 7 years old. I have had the privilege of providing childcare for her daughter for the past couple of years, and during that time, I have seen firsthand the love, strength, and resilience this mom shows every single day. Despite her best efforts, she is struggling to make ends meet and keep her family safe and comfortable.

Right now, she is facing some especially tough challenges. She is working hard but is having trouble making enough money to cover the basics—keeping the heat on, paying the power and water bills, and making sure her children have what they need. On top of that, her only vehicle has broken down several times and is in desperate need of repair. Without it, she can’t get to work, take her kids to school, or make it to important appointments and trips to the store. The stress of these mounting needs is weighing heavily on her, especially as the holidays approach.

The funds raised through this campaign will go directly toward helping this family have a brighter Christmas. Your support will help them put gifts under the tree, enjoy a special holiday meal, and maybe even have a few extras to make the season feel magical.
