Hey everyone and Happy Holidays 2025-

This is Nico Colaleo (creator of Ollie & Scoops), and while I've had an amazing career working in the animation field for nearly 15 years now (since 2011!), I'm sure most of you reading this are aware that the industry here in Los Angeles has been extremely dry and rough for a lot of people the past couple years, which sadly includes myself. 2025 has been the hardest year of not just my career but my whole life, as I have not been able to find any studio work since September 2024.

While this alone is difficult enough, as I've been doing my best to keep afloat this year with art commissions and freelance here and there, it's been even tougher as I've needed to help my disabled mother pay for her medical bills. She moved in and has been living with me for the past year, so we can be close and I can help take care of her as needed. But a major problem we have right now is me affording to help with her current medical bills.

I HATE e-begging, especially during the holidays, but what I'm looking for right now is $3,000 to $4,000 so we can get her totally caught up and squared away, so she can continue receiving the treatment and appointments she needs. If you are friend or fan of mine, know me personally or not, I sincerely appreciate any donation you can spare at this time so I can help my mother through a very difficult health-related time. If you can't donate, I appreciate just as much if you can help spread awareness by sharing this on social media.
