Exploring Different Spaces, With Different Performances. WHAT IS HOLDING SPACE?
THE STORY:
This project is a short film consisting of a series of different works, using a diverse group of mediums and crafts. There will be short dance and performance works which will evolve into a cohesive body of work capturing complexities, textures, and relationships in an endeavour to question, unsettle and expose basic assumptions of how we occupy space—for space, after all, is critical in our lives: it affects the way we live, move and interact with each other.

ABOUT THE DIRECTOR:
Graduating at the Australian Performing Arts Grammar School, majoring in Dance, Music and Art, NEVE TOBIN is now stepping off the stage and is aspiring to find her strengths within Film, currently studying at SAE Institute Sydney, finding her passions within writing and directing.
Neve enjoys experimentation, which has resulted in her works covering a wide range of subjects, styles and techniques; documentaries, shorts, promotional, music videos, experimental and more.
Recently, Neve wrote and directed a short web-series titled 'Le Cinéma' which has received five film laurels, one including "Winner of Best Web Series" - Changing Face International Film Festival 2019
