My name is Zebulon Passmore. As many of you know, I was wrongfully arrested in August of last year for failure to identify. I committed no crime but was arrested none the less and prosecuted in General Sessions court but my case was ultimately dismissed under Nolle Prosequi. My family has been left struggling as we personally absorbed the all the costs associated with that defense and paying late fees that have come because of this. My goal is to hold the local and state government accountable for something that should never happened and all the violations that have incurred since just trying to navigate being able to use the services my taxes have already paid for.

We appreciate any help that is given in order to hold government officials accountable and keep us bringing information to you about any status updates we may have.

Funds at this time are going to go towards a civil lawsuit if I can find a lawyer to represent me.
