Most of us know HoldfastHomie - but many of us don't know about the absolute struggle he has waged over the last several months.

A bout with Covid left Homie diagnosed with chronic fatigue and his doctor restricted him to 8 hour days - making him unable to work the usual 12-14 hour shifts. The tl;dr is that his company was not pleased and having none of it, and so they basically just stopped scheduling him altogether. He has been fighting since then to be allowed to work his reduced hours - and recently went before a panel to determine his future with the company - but as they were unable to reach a determination, he is still waiting for some closure on the situation. His family has been struggling since then, just trying to make ends meet and keep a roof over their heads and food on the table. Unfortunately, the money reserves have long since dried, and they are drowning while waiting for a resolution so they can move forward.

Homie is always helping everyone else - supporting his community and anyone that reaches out to him. He is always there to listen, to talk; whatever he can give, he gives, freely and without condition or expectation. He is one of the most genuine people I have ever met in my entire life and one of the most deserving of help in his time of need.

We aren't looking for help to get him a new PC or monstertech chair, no flight sticks or fancy $300 keyboards... we're just looking to help a family in need keep their home and afford necessities.

He would never ask for help - so we are asking for him because that's what friends do.
