This year has been absolutely awful. I’ve lost my mum, my other dog Murray and now my best friend Holden is in a bad way and needs emergency surgery tomorrow and I desperately need your help.

He has the best life as many of you will have seen and I love him to pieces. We have been on so many adventures together and he means the world to me.

In short, he has managed to dislocate his hip after slipping on a very shiny floor, his life long arch nemesis. It’s causing him excruciating pain and at the moment he’s high as a kite on methadone for which I am very envious! The problem is that because of his age and the type of dislocation there are complications to the surgery and we simply don’t have the funds but the alternative is that he’s put to sleep. There are risks attached to his surgery but the alternative is that he’s let go of anyway. If everyone of his followers on instagram donated just £1 he would have enough to have a chance of living out the rest of his life being spoilt as is meant to be. I really don’t want to have to lose him especially so close to Christmas as we’re both meant to be here to get each other through the first Christmas without my Mum and Murray.

Holden says “yeah” to everyone helping him and he also says he has so much more life in him even at the ripe old age of 13. I am desperate to get this out there so will write more tomorrow but if you can help Holden we will always be so grateful.
