Hello!

I'm Holly and I have been a member of the Sea Scouts since I was 6, and have been selected as one of 36 scouts to represent Devon at the 2027 World Scout Jamboree in Poland.

The World Scout Jamboree is a large international gathering of Scouts and Guides age 14-17 that occurs every four years in a different country. At the World Scout Jamboree, young people connect with other scouts from different countries, learn about different cultures and backgrounds and participate in a in a program of activities focusing on global development, peace, adventure, and friendship. The World Scout Jamboree is the largest youth event in the world, and is an incredible opportunity to meet fellow scouts, and develop as an individual throughout the two years of training camps, fundraising events and of course, at the Jamboree itself.

Most importantly, a portion of the funds raised by the UK Scouts participating in the World Scout Jamboree is specifically allocated to a "Solidarity Fund" or similar mechanisms to subsidise the costs for scouts from less wealthy nations.
I would be very grateful to all who support me and scouts from less wealthy nations to get to the World Scout Jamboree.

To be able to attend this incredible event, I must raise all of £3690 myself, through bake sales, sponsored swims and runs, dog walking, petsitting and other fundraising events.

Price list:

Pet sitting- minimum £10 an hour

Dog walking- £10 for one hour walk, £16 for two hours

Bake Sales - all cakes are priced at £1 each.

The second bake sale was held at St.Margaret's Church after Children's Church on the 28th December and I raised £75. Thankyou so much to Reverend Louise and the kind members of the congregation who donated.
